Delete your data - Block Brain Puzzle

This page explains how players of Block Brain Puzzle by ONI Games (package name com.onigames.blockbrainpuzzle) can delete their data. The game has no ONI Games accounts, so most data can be deleted by you directly on your device.

Quick answer. Uninstall the game (or clear its storage) to delete your progress on the device, delete the game's saved data in Google Play Games to remove the cloud copy, or email us and we will help.

1. Delete game progress on your device

Open Android Settings, then Apps, then Block Brain Puzzle.
Tap Storage, then Clear storage (or Clear data). Uninstalling the game has the same effect.

Deleted immediately: best score, coins, boosters, daily reward progress, purchases state and settings stored on the device.

2. Delete leaderboard scores

If you signed in with Google Play Games, your scores are stored in your Google account by Google Play Games.

Open the Google Play Games app or Settings > Google > Play Games.
Go to Settings and choose Delete Play Games account & data, or under your games select Block Brain Puzzle and delete the data for this game only.

Deleted: your leaderboard scores for the game. Google processes the deletion according to its own policies.

3. Ask us to help

Send an email to grega.xp@gmail.com with the subject Block Brain data deletion. If you can, include your Google Play Games gamer name. We answer within 30 days and guide you through the steps above, since ONI Games does not keep a separate copy of your data on its own servers.

4. Data that is kept

Purchase records are kept by Google Play for billing, tax and refund purposes. They are managed in your Google account (order history) and are not deleted by the steps above.
Advertising data (such as the advertising ID and ad interactions) is handled by Google AdMob. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings > Google > Ads. Google keeps such data according to its retention policy.

ONI Games itself keeps anonymous Daily Brain score counts (the day and the score, with no identifier) and weekly league entries under a random game-generated identifier and nickname. Clearing the game data gives you a new identifier. To delete the league entries of your current identifier, email us with your league nickname (shown in the League screen) and we will remove them.
