Idle AI Factory Weekend Events: Tokens, Rewards and Legendary Robots

How the weekend events in Idle AI Factory: Robot Tycoon work: when they run and in which order, how to earn all 650 tokens with deliveries and event quests, every reward on the track, and how to get the four legendary robots Jester, Comet, Neon Idol and Goldie.

Idle AI Factory: Robot Tycoon runs a weekend event every Friday 00:00 to Monday 00:00, on your phone's local time. Every truck delivery earns 1 event token and five event quests add 40 tokens each. The event track pays coins, AI Cores and three chests on the way to its last tier at 650 tokens: the event's legendary robot. Four events take turns, one per weekend, so each legendary comes back every fourth weekend.

We make Idle AI Factory, so every number in this guide comes from the game's code. The event needs no server: it is worked out from the date, which is why the rotation below is exact.

When the events run

The four events always run in the same order: Robo Carnival, Space Rally, Neon Festival and Golden Week. The coming weekends:

Every new event starts from zero. Tokens, quests and rewards you have not claimed are gone when the next weekend begins, so claim everything before Monday 00:00.

How to earn 650 tokens

Tokens come from two places. Every truck that delivers while the game is running earns 1 token; the coins you collect for offline time are not deliveries and earn none. The five event quests pay 40 tokens each:

Event questTokens
Ship 150 trucks40
Upgrade floors 100 times40
Catch 8 drones40
Activate 4 boosters40
Open 2 chests40

The quests add up to 200 tokens, so the robot at 650 needs 450 deliveries on top of them, the 150 from the first quest included. The token counter is only about deliveries, not about how much a truck carries: a faster truck earns more tokens than a bigger one.

Every reward on the event track

TokensReward
20Coins: 30% of your current level's coins
505 AI Cores
90Basic Chest
140Coins: 60% of your current level's coins
200Rare Chest
27015 AI Cores
350Coins: 100% of your current level's coins
440Epic Chest
54030 AI Cores
650The event's legendary robot

That is 50 AI Cores, a Basic, a Rare and an Epic Chest and a legendary robot per weekend. The Epic Chest matters: the event track is the only place it drops, and it is the best chance at Atlas Prime, 18.5% per chest. The coin rewards are a share of the coins your factory needs for its current level, so they stay useful at any stage of the game.

The four legendary robots

EventRobotBonus at level 1At level 5
Robo CarnivalJesterIncome +12%+36%
Space RallyCometTruck speed +15%+45%
Neon FestivalNeon IdolBooster time +20%+60%
Golden WeekGoldieLevel-up bonus +40%+120%

If you already own the robot, the event card counts as a copy toward its next level, and at level 5 a copy turns into 2 AI Cores. Our super robots guide has every robot and how copies work.

Weekend Rush

Every Saturday and Sunday, Weekend Rush doubles the coins from the daily login bonus, the daily quests and the money drone. It runs inside the weekend event, so a weekend session pays twice over.

Tips to finish the track

  1. Start on Friday. 450 deliveries take hours of play, so spread them over the three days instead of rushing on Sunday night.
  2. Make trucks faster. Upgrade the truck, research Smart Logistics, put Comet or Bolt in a crew slot, and use boosters that speed up the whole factory: trucks included.
  3. Save two chests. Chests wait in your inventory until you open them, so keep two unopened for the "Open 2 chests" quest.
  4. Catch drones and use boosters. They also count for the daily quests that ask for them, so the same actions can pay twice.
  5. Claim coin tiers late, but in time. A coin tier pays a share of your level at the moment you claim it, so if you are still levelling up, claiming on Sunday pays more. Anything unclaimed at Monday 00:00 is lost.
  6. Keep the game open while you play. Tokens only come from real deliveries, so active play is what fills the track.

Weekend events FAQ

When is the next Idle AI Factory event?

Every weekend, Friday 00:00 to Monday 00:00 local time. The table above shows which event runs when.

What happens if I do not reach 650 tokens?

You keep every tier you claimed, and the robot returns four weekends later. Tokens do not carry over.

Do offline earnings give event tokens?

No. Tokens come from truck deliveries while the game is running and from the five event quests.

Are the legendary robots worth it?

Yes, especially Jester, a second income robot after Atlas Prime, and Comet for later events.
