The best Android games with no ads fall into three groups: premium games you pay for once, free games that earn from purchases instead of ads, and free-to-try games that unlock with a single purchase. Every game below is missing Google Play's Contains ads label, which developers must declare, checked on September 25, 2026.

Paid once: no ads and nothing else to buy
The most reliable way to avoid ads is to pay for a game. These have no ads and no in-app purchases at all:

Why most free games have ads
Only a small share of players ever pays for anything in a free game, so ads are how a free game earns something from everyone else. It is the norm, not the exception: in our studies, 88% of idle games and 98 of the 100 most installed block puzzles carry the Contains ads label. How to remove ads from games you already play
- Buy the game's no-ads option, usually a one-time purchase linked to your Google account.

A note about our games
Our own games show ads, so they are not on this list. What we can offer is an honest description: optional rewarded videos, interstitials with strict limits (in Idle Ronin, never in the first 3 minutes, never within 3 minutes of another, at most 5 a session), and in Idle Ronin, Idle AI Factory and Block Brain a purchase that switches interstitials off.
