Season, achievements and events

  • Cyber Pass: the free track pays 480 diamonds every 28-day season, plus Unit Cores and gold.
  • Achievements: 51 achievements pay 1,740 diamonds in total, 10 to 150 each.
  • Side-Jobs, from stage 65: some jobs pay diamonds instead of gold.
  • Neon Halloween, 20 October to 10 November: 10 diamonds per trade, at a price that rises each time.
  • Cyber Christmas, 10 to 31 December: 300 diamonds among the gadget rewards.

How many diamonds a day is realistic?

Quests, the calendar and the supply drop alone come to about 200 a day. Add two or three Crystal Mine wins, the daily offer and some shop videos, and an active player collects several hundred diamonds a day, plus 750 a week from weekly quests and the weekly chest, plus whatever the Neon Tower pays.

Best ways to spend diamonds

  1. x2 ATK for good, 1,000 in BOOSTS & PACKS. It doubles the ATK of every unit forever. Buy it first.
  2. +100% Rebirth Tokens for good, 800. Every later Rebirth pays twice.
  3. x2 Enemy Gold for good, 1,000.
  4. Energy Cells in the item shop: 25 diamonds for 4 copies of a unit.
  5. Instant Rebirth, 150, at the end of a long run: the full token reward without the reset.
  6. Unit Cores: 90 for 1,600 diamonds is the best rate at about 18 each, against about 27 in the 3-core pack.
  7. Skins: each adds +10% ATK, and the cheapest cost 450 and 500.

Avoid finishing crafts early at 1 diamond per minute, re-rolling white equipment, which has nothing to re-roll, and Adaptive Cores, which Blank Chips beat. Our item shop guide and rebirth guide go deeper.
