Block Brain Adventure Mode: All 120 Levels, Goals and Tips

Everything about the Adventure mode in Block Brain: Block Puzzle Game: the two kinds of levels, how gems are collected, every score target from level 2 to level 120, how continues and boosters work, and tips for the hardest levels.

Adventure is the level mode of Block Brain: Block Puzzle Game: 120 hand-made levels on an 8x8 board, played in order on a map. 80 levels ask you to collect a number of coloured gems, which you do by clearing the rows and columns they sit in. The other 40 ask for a target score, from 100 points at level 2 to 490 at level 120. There is no move limit and no timer: a level only ends when none of your three pieces fits. Then you can continue for 15 coins or with an optional video.

We make Block Brain, so every number in this guide comes from the game's code and level files.

How Adventure mode works

  • Start: tap ADVENTURE on the home screen and pick the next level on the map.
  • The board: 8 by 8, and most levels start with some blocks already placed.
  • The goal: shown at the top of the screen, either gems to collect or a score to reach.
  • Losing: the level ends when none of your pieces fits anywhere. There is no move counter and no clock.
  • Rewards: Adventure is a campaign of puzzles. Your coins, Brain XP and league points come from the endless game, the Daily Brain and Brain Express, not from Adventure levels.

The two kinds of levels

Gem levels

A gem level asks for a number of gems in one to four colours: yellow, green, red, pink, blue or orange. Some gems are already on the board when the level starts, and more arrive inside your new pieces, matched to what you still need. Level 1, for example, asks for 5 yellow and 5 pink gems with only 4 on the board. Clearing a row or column collects every gem in it.

Score levels

A score level asks for a target score, and scoring works exactly as in the endless game: a line is worth 10 points, clearing several lines at once multiplies that (2 lines x3, 3 lines x6, 4 lines x10, 5 lines x15), a combo of clears in a row multiplies again, a line of one colour doubles the move, and clearing the whole board adds a big bonus. Our high score guide explains every part.

The biggest gem ask comes early: level 8 wants 7 gems in each of four colours, 28 in all. Levels 79 and 80 follow with 25 each.

Every score target

Continues and boosters

When no piece fits, the game offers a continue: pay 15 coins or watch an optional video, and you get fresh pieces to keep going. Your boosters work in Adventure too: the Hammer smashes one block, the Bomb clears a 3x3 area and New Pieces swaps your three pieces. Our coins and shop guide shows where to get them for free.

Tips for Adventure

  1. Read the goal first. On a gem level, only the lines through gems matter; on a score level, only big clears do.
  2. Aim for the gem lines. Look at where the gems sit and plan pieces that complete their row or column.
  3. Keep the board open. With no move limit, the only way to lose is a full board, so a quiet safe move is never wasted.
  4. Build combos on score levels. Clearing a line on several moves in a row multiplies every clear; two lines at once beat two single lines.
  5. Save the Bomb for a jammed board, when a 3x3 hole makes room for your next pieces.
  6. Use a continue only when you are close. 15 coins are worth it when one or two lines finish the level.
